A copy of the student's baptismal certificate (as well as other applicable sacramental information, such as First Communion and First Reconciliation) is required when registering.

Children who were baptized here at St. Peter's already have their certificate on file in our office. Children baptized at another parish or in another faith tradition should contact that church and have a copy of the certificate faxed here to St. Peter's. Our fax number is 630-896-2534. A copy of the certificate can also be dropped off at the parish office or given to the Director directly.

Please let the Director, Mr. Fletcher, know if your child has not been baptized.
